What are minimum requirements to get mobile banking facility?

  1. Applicant must be an account holder of saving account or current account (proprietorship) and your mobile number should be registered with the Bank.
  2. Account should be active and KYC compliant.
  3. Applicant should have Dena Debit Card.
  4. Requires Android version 4.0 and above in Mobile phone.

How to register for Mobile Banking facility:

  1. Go to Google play store and download App using keyword “Dena Mobile Banking App”with your registered Mobile number.
  2. After download, install the app, register yourself by providing your customer ID (available on Pass Book) and Debit Card details.
  3. Set your own new password and MPIN.

What are the facilities that can be availed through Mobile Banking?

  1. Balance inquiry.
  2. View of Last 5 transactions & statement of accounts (3 months range).
  3.  Fund Transfer Limit in a day is Rs.1.00 Lakh.
  4. Transfer of funds to own accounts or other’s account within Dena Bank.
  5. Transfer of funds to own accounts or other’s account outside Dena Bank.
  6.  Quick Pay feature is also present to transfer fund without adding payee for Other Bank.
  7.  Person to Person Payments via IMPS using MMID and Mobile Number
  8.  Person to Account Payments via IMPS using IFSC and Account Number
  9.  View loan accounts and deposit accounts
  10. DTH Top up, Mobile recharge.
  11. Facility of EMI calculator ,Branch & ATM Locator Option.
  12. Personalization of your Mobile Banking App by adding profile picture.
